Born in Tuscany, Italy, 1958

1973-1977 Studied at the Liceo Scientifico in Cecina

My first film camera was a Konika Autoreflex T, given to me by my father as a reward for promotion. With this I started my first experiences of shooting and, subsequently, of the black and white film processing, thanks to an enlarger Durst F60 which still cherish. Long nights locked up in a dark room between the smell of chemicals to admire the magic of seeing appear from a blank sheet, the image that you had secured through the lens but who do not yet know how it would come.

After a few years, because of the Konica theft, I switched to a Nikkormat, with which I had no feeling and so I finally landed a Canon A1 with which I happily took until the end of the 80s of wich i'm still proud owner.
The advent of digital technology has represented for me a big shock, I could not make to leave the analog to digital, and so I went into crisis gradually abandoning photography and remained inactive until 2012 when, suddenly, again emerged with strenght in me, the desire to take pictures, to fix everything around me.
I had to build myself a new photographic equipment from scratch and so I decided this time to move to Pentax that still use with great satisfaction.
My photographs ranging through various genres, intrigues me a bit all that surrounds me; in particular i'm attracted to the geometries, the lines, the spaces, both urban and suburban. I also like to photograph nature and intrigues me so much landscape photography.
